Step 2: Inflate

Pinch the bottom of the air valve to inflate the recovery collar. Release your hand to prevent air leakage.

Step 3: Secure the Valve

Press down the air valve securely to keep the air inside the collar

Important Tips!

To protect the bladder and zipper, please deflate the collar every time you need to unzip the cloth and inflate the collar after fully zipping it up.

How to inflate the collar?

1: Find the inflation valve. 2: Pinch the bottom of the valve to inflate the collar. 3: Ensure the collar is firm but not too tight; adjust the inflation level as necessary. 4: Release your hand from the valve to prevent air leakage.

Which physical phenomenon will cause air leakage?

Please avoid inflating the collar in a warm environment and then using it outdoors in cold temperatures, as thermal expansion and contraction could potentially shrink the vale and reduce the collar’s air tightness.

How to measure the dog’s neck circumference without a measurement tape?

Take a piece of string or a shoelace and wrap it around your dog’s neck where the collar would normally sit. Mark the cross point then take it off your dog’s neck, use the Measure app on your iPhone to get the number.

What if I purchase the wrong size?
