The panel will join with the side flap with velcro. If you purchased (example: the Small SammyDoo Pet Diaper Wrap and it is still too tight on your pet, then the extender you would purchase is a Small in the same color as the wrap. We have all sizes and color as the SammyDoo Pet Diaper Wrap. Blue, Black, Red, and Pink. Sizes for the Extenders are X-Small, Small,Medium, Large, and X-Large.
